About Foshee

Foshee Construction is a family-owned and operated company that started as a sole proprietorship in 1994 and became incorporated in 2003. We are a Florida State Certified Underground Utility and Excavation Contractor and we also hold a State Certification for Class 5 underground fire protection from the division of state fire marshal, allowing us to install any type of underground fire protection that any building may require.

Our Company

Every team member at Foshee Construction works hard to "Plan, Organize and Control" each and every project. We believe that communication is the key to success and we are dedicated to keeping the lines of communication open between our clients and our management and field personnel. Our team brings more than 300 years of combined experience in site development and earthwork. Foshee Construction Serves the development needs of contractors and owners in Central Florida, including Lake County, Seminole County, Orange County, Osceola County, Polk County, Volusia County, Hernando County and Sumter County.

Foshee Construction has been recognized by USF SafetyFlorida and received the Sunshine State Safety Recognition Award in 2022. We are firmly committed to the safety of their employees. We recognize that our employees drive the business. As our more critical resource, employees are safeguarded through training, provision of appropriate work surroundings, and procedures that foster protection of health and safety. Employees are encouraged to report any unsafe work practices or safety hazards encountered on the job. Our experience modifier ratio has been low for the past five consecutive years.

Technology & Equipment

We are committed to using the very best technology available to prepare estimates and execute our work. Our fleet includes more than 50 pieces of heavy earthmoving and excavation equipment that is well maintained and ready to be put to work. With a fleet of our own equipment, we keep the jobs staffed with appropriate machines and manpower to get the jobs done!
